The Meaning of Trees

On the weekend of the 30th and 31st March 2019, a temporary sculpture exhibition was installed in a small copse adjacent to Brunt’s Barn, near Grindleford Station in the Peak District. The theme was “The Meaning of Trees” and the aim was to engage people in a conversation about what trees and the landscape mean for them.  This is at a time of local and global concerns about deforestation and loss of natural habitats.
